For over forty years, principal and managing partner Anthony Miachika has been a staunch advocate for market innovation. Graduating from UBC with a BA in Land Urban Economics, Anthony began his career with prominent development firms in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, he established his own development company, exploring new opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona.
Anthony’s commitment to growth and innovative design has set new industry standards. His meticulous attention to detail and hands-on approach have earned Pacific Rim numerous Golden Georgie Builder awards and a featured cover story in Builder Magazine, recognizing his successful and innovative approach to multifamily developments.
Recognizing the unique prospects in the Phoenix, AZ market, Anthony relocated his family to Scottsdale in 2010. He continues to thrive as a merchant developer, collaborating with select investors to achieve win-win outcomes on targeted opportunities.
Victoria Miachika is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management across retail, cultural, and corporate sectors. She holds a BA from the University of British Columbia (UBC), an MA from Simon Fraser University (SFU), and a Diploma from Sauder Business School, where she was recognized as the top academic graduate.
Victoria’s extensive career includes over 12 years as an Arizona broker specializing in multi-family and land sales. She has successfully transacted over $500 million in non-institutional multi-family sales within the Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
Her international experience is enriched by having lived and studied in Canada, Italy, and France. Fluent in three languages, Victoria is also an avid art history enthusiast and a lifelong learner, continually expanding her knowledge and expertise. Her exceptional achievements in marketing and sales have been recognized through numerous awards, underscoring her dedication and skill in the industry.
Jeanette Kirk is a highly skilled business accountant with 30+ years experience in financial and management accounting, auditing and forensic accounting. She holds a BA and Master’s degree in Accounting & Taxation, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (SA) as well as a member of the Arizona Society of CPA’s. Jeanette’s international experience extends over a number of industries such as real estate, retail, hospitality and family wealth management.
