For over forty years, principal and managing partner Anthony Miachika has been a believer in delivering innovation to the market. He searched out new areas in the Pacific North West with promising metrics for growth and delivered novel designs with functionality that set new standards. His keen eye, diligence to detail and daily personal oversight to ensure success has won Pacific Rim numerous Golden Georgie Builder awards and a cover feature on the front of Builder Magazine that applauded his innovative and successful approach to multifamily developments. Anthony is a merchant developer who works closely with select investors to deliver win/win results on targeted opportunities.
Hailing from the Eastern Canadian province of Nova Scotia, Doug has a welcomed gift of the gab and a love for all things social. An avid skier that took him on a journey to work in the best ski towns in North America, Doug developed a valued skill set consisting of people management and attention to detail within the hospitality industry. Settling into British Columbia he spent several years as a project manager for a digital media and satellite installation company. When not sleuthing around project sites Doug can be found camping with his family, or playing a round of golf followed by a cold beer.

In 2010, recognizing the growing opportunities of the Phoenix MSA, Anthony moved to the valley of the sun where he continues to successfully leverage his unique vision to create vibrant and desirable living communities while ensuring solid returns to stakeholders. Along with a small dedicated team, Anthony personally oversees every detail of the development cycle.
